This workshop is designed to offer a space for deep healing, learning, and personal renewal and growth. Through guided practices, energy work, and theoretical information imparted, we will reconnect with ourselves and restore balance in mind, body, and spirit. We will join and balance the feminine and masculine within us while recentering and realigning ourselves with Mother Earth, Father Sun and our 15 Chakras.
