Module 1 – The Foundation

In this module, we explore the concept of trauma. We explore its definition, theoretical foundations, varied trauma responses, and the resulting repercussions of trauma. This lesson builds the groundwork for a greater understanding of the subsequent modules. We will conclude with a guided empowerment journey and a Q&A session.

Module 2 – Don't Sweat the Trauma
This module focuses on the conscious dimension of trauma - the experiences we remember and can recall. Here we will take the first steps in healing trauma. This module includes our first breakout room session where we will practice a new technique - Conscious Trauma Clearing - with another participant.

Module 3 – Shedding Light on the Shadows
Did you know that beneath the surface of your conscious mind awaits the vast realm of your subconscious, which shapes your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors? Subconscious traumas exert significant influence over your life. Join us as we explore the realm of subconscious trauma in this module. During a breakout room session, you will be able to practice "Subconscious Trauma Clearing" with another participant.

Module 4 – Time to Tap out
In this module discover the transformative power of the R.IS.E. Technique, offering a holistic approach to elevate your frequency and navigate life's challenges. Through a unique blend of tapping, affirmations, and cellular reprogramming, this technique facilitates deep healing and transformation on a physical, mental, and emotional level.
Explore the R.I.S.E. Points to access universal energy and unleash your inner wisdom, providing relief with greater ease and grace.

Module 5 – Unlocking Mysteries

Have you ever found yourself stuck in a cycle of repeating the same patterns as your parents or grandparents? In this module, we will look at generational trauma, including its description, impact and consequences. Learn a powerful technique called "Generational Trauma Clearing" to break free from inherited habits and forge a new route forward. You will practice this technique in a break out room session with another participant.

Module 6 – Access Your Secret Power

Did you know that one small cell, your design crystal, serves as the operational center for all other cells in your body? In this module we will discuss the location and role of the design crystal, along with a technique that assists in the healing of the design crystal. We will practice this technique in breakout rooms with other workshop participants..

Module 7 – Becoming Whole Again

In this module, we will look at the concept of retrieving spirit fragments, with an emphasis on reconnecting with and integrating lost pieces of our spiritual essence. This technique provides a pathway to healing and wholeness by reclaiming aspects of ourselves that may have become detached as a result of trauma. In addition, we will discuss what a client session looks like using the techniques we have learned, and if time allows, we will have breakout room sessions for practical application.

Module 8 – We are All Connected

In this module, we will delve into the complex world of collective karmic trauma clearing. We will look at how we are connected within diverse karmic fields, each with its own set of traumatic incidents. Here we discuss why we care about collective trauma and what we can do to assist it. We will conclude with a beautiful empowerment journey for healing collective traumas.
